User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Siberaksha Cybersecurity Consulting Firm ("Siberaksha" or "we" or "us") and you ("User" or "you"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of Siberaksha's services and products. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Siberaksha provides cybersecurity consulting services, including but not limited to, risk assessment, penetration testing, security audits, and advisory services. We may offer additional services and products, which will be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

As a User of Siberaksha's services, you agree to:

3.1. Compliance: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity and data protection.

3.2. Use of Services: Use Siberaksha's services only for lawful and ethical purposes. You shall not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.

3.3. Account Security: Keep your login credentials, including usernames and passwords, confidential. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3.4. Reporting: Promptly report any security incidents or breaches that may affect Siberaksha's services to us.

4. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that during the course of using our services, you may gain access to confidential information. You agree not to disclose or use this information for any purpose other than as necessary to use Siberaksha's services. Our Confidentiality Agreement may also apply, as outlined in a separate document.

5. Intellectual Property

Siberaksha retains all rights to intellectual property, including but not limited to, software, reports, documentation, and any other materials provided to you. You may use these materials solely for the purposes of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: Siberaksha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Termination

7.1. Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use Siberaksha's services and notifying us in writing.

7.2. Termination by Siberaksha: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our discretion if we believe you have violated the terms of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Changes to Agreement
